Nicole A. Thomas is a New England-based fiction and freelance writer specializing in women’s studies, literary and cultural criticism and mental health. She graduated with her PhD in English Literature from Cardiff University, where she studied feminist theory, mythic fiction and medieval literature. For six years she worked as an adjunct professor, teaching courses in English composition, literature and theatre, until she decided to leave academia to pursue her own literary career.
